Bookmarklet Builder
Turn a URL into a bookmarklet that loads it with a fresh random query parameter every time, so you always get past the browser cache.
1. Drag this button onto your bookmarks bar.
Bookmarklet
Show the bar first with
Ctrl+Shift+B (⌘+Shift+B on a Mac).
2. Or create a bookmark by hand and paste this as its address.

What it does
Each click sends you to — the same page with a parameter the server has never seen before, so neither the browser nor any proxy in between can serve a cached copy. An existing parameter of the same name is replaced, and any #fragment is kept on the end.
